About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer focused Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, can manage multiple software platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Representative, you will handle incoming phone calls only (no cold calling) and assist customers in finding the used auto parts they need. You will also respond to online inquiries through platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and internal CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
•\ Answer incoming phone calls from customers (no outbound calls).
•\ Provide accurate information on part availability, pricing, and details.
•\ Process requests by adding confirmed parts to the order list.
•\ Respond promptly to online messages from potential customers via Facebook, WhatsApp, and CRM systems (e.g., Podium).
•\ Deliver friendly, professional, and clear communication with all customers.

Requirements
•\ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
•\ Reliable computer with capacity to run multiple programs and web tabs.
•\ Stable, high-speed internet connection.
•\ Quiet work environment suitable for handling phone calls.
•\ Desktop with dual monitors (preferred, not required).
•\ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•\ Charismatic and customer-friendly attitude.
•\ Comfortable working with remote monitoring software.
•\ Knowledge of auto parts is a plus (not mandatory).

Schedule
•\ 5 working days and 2 days off per week (Sunday always off, plus one additional weekday off).
•\ Shifts 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Texas Time).
•\ Includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Compensation
•\ Base Salary: $20,000 MXN per month
•\ Paid biweekly ($10,000 MXN every other Friday).
•\ Bonus opportunities:
•\ Weekly goal: $6,000 USD in sales.
•\ Earn $500 MXN bonus for every $1,000 USD in sales above that goal.
•\ Bonus potential ranges $500 - Unlimited
