Job Description

We’re hiring bilingual teachers, coaches, and trainers to join our Onboarding team. In this role, you’ll support newly enrolled customers by creating customized onboarding plans and guiding them through their first 30 days with Housecall Pro.

What you’ll do:
- Build personalized onboarding plans for new customers
- Coach Pros on using our software to achieve their business goals
- Make 75+ outbound calls per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time
- Handle objections, solve problems, and reinforce the value of our product
- Identify at-risk accounts and escalate when needed
