This person owns the client-facing side of the business. Using AI, they handle initial online client meetings and conduct needs assessments. They create sketches and preliminary designs in Revit with AI support. They develop initial cost estimates and project timelines using AI. They prepare presentations and pre-design packages for client review.

They manage all initial contract discussions and agreements. They use an AI-powered CRM system to communicate with prospects, track deal progress, and close contracts.

Essentially, they are the rainmaker and deal closer, handing off a signed contract to the project manager—with full AI support throughout the process.

This person must love to communicate and have highly advanced English skills.",
