Job Description
Our client, Skyline Electric, is a U.S.-based electrical contractor specializing in delivering high-quality electrical solutions for construction projects across multiple sectors. The company is recognized for its commitment to precision, coordination, quality, and the use of modern BIM methodologies.
We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with BIM Coordinators and Project Teams to develop accurate 2D and 3D models for construction and fabrication projects while ensuring compliance with established BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and update BIM models for assigned projects.
-Produce accurate 2D and 3D construction and fabrication drawings.
-Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers throughout project execution.
-Participate in multidisciplinary coordination involving other construction trades.
-Complete record drawings at project closeout when required.
-Submit BIM deliverables for review and quality control.
-Follow company BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and project workflows.
-Support the BIM team with additional technical tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
-Advanced English (B2-C1).
-Experience using Autodesk Revit.
-Experience using Navisworks.
-Understanding of 3D coordination with multiple construction trades.
-Ability to create and manage Revit worksets.
-Experience with Revit families, view templates, browser organization, schedules, filters, and sheets.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Great attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
-Previous experience participating in coordination meetings with General -Contractors (GCs), customers, or other trades is highly preferred.
