We are a leading company in BIM solutions for engineering and construction projects, specialized in multidisciplinary coordination, digital innovation, and collaborative project management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a BIM Specialist with expertise in MEP systems who can thrive in a fully remote/hybrid and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models for MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different countries for clash detection and resolution.

· Support the implementation of BIM standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital workflows.

· Manage project data and documentation in Common Data Environments (CDEs).

· Actively participate in coordination meetings in English with clients, contractors, and international teams.

Requirements

·ADVANCED ENGLISH (mandatory for meetings, presentations, and daily communication).

·Minimum of 1 years’ experience in BIM projects (preferably MEP-focused).

·Proficiency in the following tools:

Autodesk Revit (MEP)
Navisworks
Revizto
BIM 360
eVolve MEP
AutoCAD
BlueBeam
· Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.

· Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Soft Skills

· Effective communication in both English and Spanish.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

· Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
