Position Summary

At IC Park we develop and manage real estate projects with a commercial focus in Santiago, Coquimbo, Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas. We are looking for commercial brokers with an active portfolio of corporate clients to promote the placement of spaces in strip centers, offices, warehouses and retail projects.

Responsibilities

Promote and market IC Park real estate projects.

Present investment and leasing opportunities to corporate clients.

Manage and maintain long-term business relationships.

Report progress and results of commercial management.

Requirements

Active client portfolio in sectors such as:
• Restaurants and fast food chains
• Pharmacies and convenience stores
• Hotels and medical centers
• Retail and warehouse centers

Proven experience in business closings.

Active sales force and prospecting capacity.

Autonomous professional, focused on results and strategic relationships.

Commission Payment.
