Appointment Scheduling Agent (Health Sector)

Location: Mexico or Peru (100% remote work)
Remuneration: ARS 720 / PEN 1970
Contract: Indefinite
Schedule
Monday to Friday - Free weekends (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Spain time))
Peru: 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Argentina: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, podiatrists and psychologists.
- Present the proposal clearly so that the sales team can contact the professional.
- Identify interest and schedule in-person or virtual appointments for salespeople.
- Register all information in the assigned CRM.
- Meet productivity metrics: calls, effective contacts and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain a neutral, professional and respectful tone, suitable for profiles in the health sector.
- Handle objections and obtain at least 3 minutes of professional attention.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in making appointments or outbound call centers.
- Neutral Spanish (preferably soft Argentine accent; Córdoba ideal).
- Excellent communication, active listening and verbal clarity.
- Ability to follow commercial scripts and methodologies.
- Organization and precise registration in CRM.
- Proactivity, perseverance and results orientation.
- Empathy and professional treatment with medical profiles.
- Ability to handle objections without pressuring or selling.
- Adaptability to processes and metrics.",
