At Hormona Vida we are looking for telephone sales executives with real experience closing sales in a US market. If you are goal-driven, enjoy the high pace of calls and your eyes shine when you hear “commission”, we want you on the team.

What the position offers you

-Base salary: S/ 1,500.
-Unlimited commissions in dollars with an indicative goal of USD 3,000+ per month (or more, depending on your performance).
-100% remote work (Mon–Fri 9am – 7pm) Snack 1-2pm
-Ongoing training, closing playbooks and 1:1 coaching.

What you will do:
-Make high volume of outbound calls to prospects in the US.
-Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demo/pitch, negotiation and closing.
-Present clear and persuasive proposals; meet KPIs and daily/weekly objectives.
-Record every interaction in the CRM and collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.

What you need to shine:
-Fluent advanced English and fluent Spanish (essential).
-2+ years in telesales/telemarketing/consultative sales with commission schemes.
-Experience in a call center or high-performance environments.
-Solid closing, objection management and strategic negotiation.
-PC (8GB RAM+), stable internet, webcam and headset.
-Autonomy, discipline and pleasure in working towards goals.
