Case Manager – Law firms (Remote / In-person)
We are an expanding law firm, specializing in bankruptcy cases and with plans to grow into wills and trusts. We are looking for a proactive Case Manager who also supports intake tasks. This role is key to ensuring smooth case management and excellent communication with clients in a start-up type environment.
Location: Lima, Peru
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST (40 hours per week in 4 days) - Weekends free!
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and perform partial intake following a script.
- Collect, organize and maintain client documents.
- Prepare files for legal review once the documentation is completed.
- Use Best Case software for case management.
- Manage between 50 and 70 calls per month (depending on advertising volume).
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely progress of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients.
Requirements
- Legal and bankruptcy experience (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in legal customer service, medical records or personal case management (US law firms)
- Excellent customer service skills (experience in medical or legal settings is a plus).
- Familiarity with Best Case or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.",
