Are you an expert in logistics, love technology and don't miss a single detail? At our technology company we are looking for a Proactive Sales Assistant ready to integrate immediately and help us take our management to the next level.

The Challenge: What will you do with us?
Your role will be hybrid and dynamic, combining commercial strategy with the magic of events:
* Event Logistics (In-Person and Virtual): From coordinating the catering and room for a physical seminar, to managing the Zoom/Teams room, registrations and reminders for our webinars.
* Agenda and Appointment Management: You will be the guardian of time, ensuring that business meetings flow smoothly.
* Sales Follow-up (High-Tech Follow-up): Maintain contact with prospects in the IT sector, understanding their times and needs.
* Specialized Quotes: Support in creating proposals for technological services or products.

What profile are we looking for?
Leadership and Creativity Competencies (Soft Skills)
* Extreme Proactivity: If you see a problem, you come up with three solutions. You don't wait for instructions to improve a process.
* Adaptive Leadership: Ability to make quick decisions, delegate wisely and guide suppliers at events.
* Strategic Creativity: Ability to write stand-out business content and design memorable event experiences.

Hard Skills
* Mastery of Digital Tools: Advanced management of event platforms (Zoom, Meet, Eventbrite, WebinarJam).
* AI Ecosystem: Expert use of ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to write invitations, meeting minutes and business copy.
* High Level Excel: Management of attendee data and event budgets.
* IT experience (Highly valued): If you understand terms like SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity, you already have one foot in the game.

Soft Skills
* Real Multitasking: Ability to organize an event while following up on a proposal.
* Problem Solving: Stay calm and find quick solutions if something goes wrong live (virtual or physical).
* Executive Communication: Excellent diction and presence to deal with technical and managerial profiles.
