Features
Raise, analyze and document business requirements for digital products in retail media.
Translate business needs into clear definitions for product and technology teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and regional stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.
Analyze metrics and processes to propose improvements with a focus on impact and revenue.
Prioritize value-based initiatives and manage documentation in management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Description
We are looking for a BA with +3 years of experience to connect business needs with digital product solutions in retail media.
Role oriented to digital products, e-commerce or Retail Media, with an analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
Participation in regional projects, work in agile environments and ability to communicate clearly to technical and business teams.
Experience in requirements management, documentation and use of Jira/Confluence.

Desirable requirements
Knowledge of data analytics and business metrics to decide prioritization.
Previous experience in retail or digital media projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments and with regional stakeholders.
