Position Objective\nThe Commercial Assistant will be responsible for identifying, contacting and generating business meetings with potential clients in Spain requiring technology and IT professional services, in order to enable the Commercial Executive to submit and close professional outsourcing proposals from Chile talent availability.\nMain responsibilities\nIdentify and prospect companies in Spain with IT service needs.\nContact key people and decision makers (IT Managers, CTOs, Technology Managers, Procurement, HR, etc.).\nClearly and concisely present the value of AGTEC's outsourcing model.\nAgenda qualified trade meetings for the Commercial Executive.\nRegister and keep updated contact information and trade managements.\nFollow up prospects until meeting concretion.\nCoordinate agendas considering time differences between Spain and Chile.\nProfile required\nPrevious experience in trade assistance, B2B sales, telesales or lead generation, ideally in services or technology.\nBasic knowledge of the IT sector or interest in learning about tech services is desirable.\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written digital (mail, CRM, LinkedIn, Excel, video calls).\nWork mode\n100% remote.\nDay compatible with Spain working hours.\nCompensation model\nFixed base salary.\nVariable incentive for each effective meeting obtained starting from the meetings generated.",
