Job Description
As a BDR at Axxis you will be responsible for the first contact with prospects (inbound + outbound) and for generating high-quality, ICP-fit meetings for the AEs. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and account penetration using prospecting tools and having disciplined filling up the CRM.
Objective: Generate qualified pipeline for the AEs by converting inbound and outbound into ICP-fit meetings and sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline best practices.
Minimum qualifications
•\ 2+ years of experience as BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS / technology(Must)
•\ Proven track record of overachieving (meetings / pipeline targets)
•\ Strong organization and CRM best practices
•\ Comfortable working with remote teams and time zones
•\ Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong plus depending on region)
Preferred qualifications
•\ Startup/Tech experience
•\ Experience in regulated markets(insurance, fintech, core systems)
•\ Named-account prospecting experience
Responsibilities
•\ Run targeted outbound campaigns to named ICP accounts.
•\ Qualify and route inbound requests using Axxis’ ICP criteria.
•\ Generate qualified meetings per month with the right stakeholders.
•\ Build stakeholder maps (multi-thread) and expand contacts inside target accounts.
•\ Create Sales Accepted Opportunities on CRM.
•\ Maintain pipeline in CRM: last meaningful contact, next step date mainly.
•\ Share weekly learnings (objections, triggers, messaging that converts).
