We’re Hiring: Remote - Senior Operations Manager (Agent Support & Growth)
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based life insurance and financial services company, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing operations, working with leadership, and helping teams grow.
We don’t need someone to just follow instructions
We need someone who can think, lead, and help us build
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in operations or business management
• Experience working with CEOs or leadership teams
• Very strong with numbers, reports, and data analysis
• Experience with commissions or financial tracking
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a BIG plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Zoom experince
Very important:
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of patience and professionalism
• Able to stay calm under pressure and handle agents with care and respect
• Strong people skills able to guide, support, and communicate clearly
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage company numbers, commissions, and performance
• Prepare and present weekly reports to leadership
• Identify areas where the company needs to improve and grow
• Work directly with agents to support them in areas they need (carriers, systems, processes, etc.)
• Help agents stay organized, productive, and aligned with company goals
• Provide professional, patient, and high-level support to agents
• Improve systems, processes, and efficiency across the company
• Participate in leadership meetings and bring ideas and solutions

Compensation:
• Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 USD/month (based on experience)
• Strong opportunity to grow into a leadership position
