Agrosuper, a leader in the production of high-quality foods for Chile and the world, is looking for a strategic Mind to join the People Management team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and leading the compensation strategy for the non-operating segment, ensuring competitive, equitable practices aligned with Agrosuper's value proposition. You will work on strategic people management projects, integrating compensation with career and development plans, and you will be an internal reference in benefits policies to promote a memorable experience for employees. Your work will impact attracting, retaining and enhancing talent, influencing strategic decisions and the daily execution of the company's value proposition.

Main functions
Define and evolve total compensation models that drive performance and development.
Analyze market trends and propose improvements to strengthen competitiveness and internal equity.
Participate in strategic people management projects, integrating compensation with career and development plans.
Be an internal reference in compensation and benefits policies, ensuring coherence, sustainability and compliance.
Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support business and human resources decisions.
Collaborate with business areas to align talent strategies with the company's value proposition.
Clearly and effectively communicate compensation and benefits policies to leaders and employees.
Requirements and profile sought
We are looking for strategic minds to transform people management through a robust and business-oriented compensation structure.
Training in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related career. Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, advanced analytics and Excel management, with the ability to transform data into decisions. Knowledge in management and strategic vision, experience in designing compensation and benefits packages, and ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, results-oriented and with a focus on business service.

Desirable knowledge and experiences
Previous experience in companies in the transportation, retail or mass consumption sector. Knowledge of data management tools and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with concepts of total compensation, benefits, and career plans. Advanced level of English for international interaction and technical documentation. Sensitivity to diversity and inclusion, and experience in organizational development projects.
