We are looking for an Innovation and Digital Transformation Business Partner to lead and accompany strategic initiatives of innovation, transformation and adoption of new technologies, connecting business needs with high-impact digital solutions.\n\nThis person will be responsible for identifying innovation opportunities, structuring business cases, prioritizing initiatives and articulating business and technology teams to take ideas from the discovery stage to the implementation of MVPs and scalable solutions.\n\nWe are looking for a profile with strategic vision, analytical and financial capacity, management skills high-level stakeholders and a solid understanding of the potential of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, automation and data analytics applied to real business problems.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* Lead the identification, evaluation and prioritization of innovation and digital transformation initiatives.\n* Manage the portfolio and backlog of initiatives, considering criteria of value, impact, feasibility, risk and effort.\n* Lead discovery processes to understand business needs and opportunities.\n* Translate business needs into innovation opportunities and technology-based solutions.\n* Structure Business Cases, investment estimates, expected benefits and ROI analysis.\n* Define and size initiatives and MVPs according to their complexity, impact and viability.\n* Identify application opportunities for Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, automation, analytics and emerging technologies.\n* Accompany the conceptualization and evolution of AI use cases, predictive models, RAG and intelligent agents.\n* Coordinate teams. multidisciplinary business, technology and other stakeholders involved in the initiatives.\n* Facilitate workshops on ideation, discovery and definition of opportunities using innovation methodologies.\n* Manage the relationship with sponsors and business leaders, facilitating decision making and resolution of blockages.\n* Track indicators of impact, adoption, productivity, savings, income generation and ROI of the initiatives.\n* Present progress, results, risks and recommendations to leaders and executive committees.",
