CALL CENTER - CONTACT AREA

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed or ongoing university studies in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or other careers.
- Minimum experience of (01) years as a Call Center.
- Previous experience in a contact area or call center.
- Office at an intermediate level.

FUNCTIONS:
- Contact clients by phone call (constant calls).
- Provide support and update data.
- Ensure a positive experience and follow-up for the candidate.
- Database management
