Campaign Manager (Remote – Sales Operations)
TG Sales Agency is a fully remote sales startup based in Orlando, Florida, helping clients scale their outreach and close more deals.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Campaign Manager to support lead generation, manage multiple client pipelines, and run structured outreach campaigns. You’ll be the go-to person for early-stage client interactions—keeping inboxes organized, executing outreach, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor client inboxes and CRMs, qualify leads, and track sales activity.
- Execute outreach campaigns (calls, emails, follow-ups).
- Support client meetings with prep materials and early communications.
- Handle ad hoc research, reports, and admin updates.

Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales coordination.
- Strong communicator, organized, and comfortable with cold calling.
- Familiar with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and outreach tools (Instantly, Gmail).
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced remote setup.
