**CUSTOMER GETTER – REAL ESTATE AND LEGAL AREA**

We are looking for a person with a strong commercial profile to join our team remotely.

We are looking for professionals with experience in attracting and generating clients, preferably from the real estate sector, consultancy sales or commercialization of professional services.

**Main responsibilities:**
• Generate and capture new customers proactively.
• Develop and expand your own contact portfolio.
• Detect business opportunities in the real estate area (sales and rentals).
• Identify potential clients for legal services, especially in matters of Divorces, Successions and real estate advice.
• Carry out commercial monitoring until the completion of operations.

**Requirements:**
• Probable experience in sales or customer acquisition (Excluding).
• Previous experience as a real estate agent, corridor, commercial advisor or similar positions (Preferred).
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented profile.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Counting on contact portfolio will be valued.
