At Servicio Latam we are looking for a Freelance IT Support Engineer (desk role) to provide support to our clients in Venezuela, Cracas.
The engineer will be responsible for offering in-person technical support when required.
This is a freelance and on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals looking for flexibility and additional income.

Functions of the position
Responsibilities:
· Provide in-person technical support to users (hardware, networks, problem resolution).
· Perform basic installations, replacements and configurations.
· Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
· Ensure correct documentation and reporting of each visit.
· Perform L1, L2 and L3 tasks.
Position requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (L1 level).
· Solid knowledge of hardware, software and basic network troubleshooting.
· Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
· Residing in Venezuela Caracas and being available for visits on demand.
Conditions
Compensation and conditions:
· Freelance / on-demand role.
· USD 50 per visit (1 to 8 hours per visit).
· Payments are processed monthly.
