CIG Law (California Injury Group, A.P.C.) is a personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, California, USA. We are looking for a bilingual Case Manager to join our team DIRECTLY: no agency, no intermediaries, no deductions from your salary. Biweekly payment in dollars (USD $1,400 to $1,800 per month depending on experience) via Wise or Payoneer. The rest of this notice is in English on purpose: English proficiency is requirement #1.

THE ROLE - You will manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files under direct attorney supervision:
- Client communication in English and Spanish: onboarding, treatment check-ins, proactive status updates
- Coordinating medical treatment with our lien-based provider network; flagging treatment gaps
- Insurance follow-ups: liability, policy limits, UM/UIM, property damage
- Collecting police reports, medical records, and bills; keeping our case management system clean
- Preparing complete files for the attorney's lawsuit

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years working US personal injury files (pre-litigation) with a US firm or US-focused legal team
- English C1-C2 (written + phone) and native Spanish. Finalists take a free standardized English test (EF SET).
- Knowledge of the PI lifecycle: treatment gaps, policy limits, UM/UIM, liens, specials
- Case management software experience (CASEpeer, Filevine, Clio, Litify or similar)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Time (California)
- Reliable home office: fast internet + quiet space
