Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager\nJob Description\nStrong Law is a personal injury firm dedicated to helping car accident victims navigate the legal process and receive appropriate medical care. Our team works closely with clients and insurance companies to ensure that each case is handled with efficiency, professionalism and compassion.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM\nWe are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager with experience in personal injury prelitigation to support our attorneys and provide an excellent client experience from case inception to resolution.\nResponsibilities\nCommunicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and answer questions.\nCoordinate with attorneys to ensure clients receive appropriate medical care.\nOpen and manage claims with insurance companies; Respond to inquiries and requests.\nRequest, organize and track medical records and invoices alongside the administrative team.\nMaintain up-to-date and accurate case files using case management software.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the efficient progress of each case.\nSkills and Requirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in personal injury prelitigation in US firms.\nExcellent level of conversational and written English (C1)\nSolid knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology and documentation.\nAbility to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)",
