Category Management Assistant
Objective: Provide support to those in charge in the creation and implementation of mechanisms for the growth of categories in main customers. Analyze and give visibility to commercial equipment and customers, market trends and shoppers, with the intention of generating value for these categories.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
Support the search for the growth of categories among key customers, by understanding trends, using sources such as Nielsen, Scan Data, Retail Link, Kantar, consumer/shopper studies or any other.
Foster excellent relationships with our customers, maintaining impartiality to ensure the company's presence as a strategic partner.
Prepare and present business analysis with clients to show project progress, modular changes, batch changes, pilots, and the best trends in the category.
Analyze information for the elaboration or maintenance of planograms, according to customer processes, for pilots or for innovations, and coordinate their implementation.
Keep the Success Photo of the clients/countries that were assigned up to date.
Comply with customer information confidentiality agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Training: Technical or university careers in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing.
Professional experience in similar positions: minimum 2 years.
Extensive knowledge of Category Management, analysis, strategy, categories, commercial processes, negotiation, presentation, consumer and shopper.
Experience designing Planogramas in Spaceman (Nielsen) or in Space Planning (JDA/Blue Yonder).
