We are looking for a Bilingual Inquiry Closer passionate about customer service and consultative sales. Your main objective will be to guide qualified prospects through structured consultations, generating trust and clarity to facilitate decision-making towards hiring our legal services.
Main responsibilities: Conduct effective consultations (inbound/outbound) to understand the needs of prospects.
Present the firm's value proposition, handling objections with closing techniques. Ensure lead conversion through timely follow-up in CRM. Maintain high quality standards in care and management times.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in consultative sales, sales closing and telephone customer service.

Languages: English level B2 (essential for lead management).
