We are looking for Chat Seller - Digital Sales to join our team and manage commercial conversations through digital platforms.

What will you do?
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Generate connection and maintain dynamic interactions with users.
Present and market digital products via chat.
Apply persuasion, negotiation and closing strategies.
Identify business opportunities and convert conversations into sales.
Meet sales, conversion and user service objectives.

With ease to interact with users through digital channels.
With the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

Experience in:
Chat sales, streaming, digital service, subscription platforms, digital commerce or commercial roles that require constant interaction with users.

The position is developed within an environment of digital products aimed at an adult audience.
The function is exclusively commercial and customer service via chat; does not imply the creation, production or participation in the generation of the content.

Mode: 100% remote
Schedule: Full time
Schedule: AM/PM/MAD rotating shifts
Rest: Rotating day
Contract: Provision of services

First 30 days: $1,750,000 COP corresponding to the initial training and adaptation stage, fully remunerated.
After the first 30 days: $2,000,000 COP + commissions.

Selection process
The process includes an interview and a technical/roleplay test, aimed at evaluating communication skills, creativity, persuasion and adaptation to the chat sales model.",
