Appinio's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) function, leading global sales, customer success and revenue operations to drive growth of our product-first, AI-powered market research platform. This is one of the most critical executive roles in the company, directly responsible for driving revenue, scaling international markets, and ensuring our GTM functions operate as a cohesive, high-performance engine.
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape the entire business growth engine of a rapidly growing AI-powered research SaaS company. The CRO will directly influence Appinio's product monetization, international expansion and next phase of growth as a true business co-architect, and will be fully responsible for revenue performance, channel health, monetization and customer expansion across all regions.
What will you be doing?
Growth and revenue leadership:
Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven growth strategy aligned with profitability, CAC efficiency and ROI discipline; Own end-to-end revenue accountability, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), pipeline coverage, and new logo acquisition.
GTM Excellence:
Build and scale a globally integrated GTM engine across Sales and Customer Success. Continuously define and optimize the GTM operating model, sales motions, and funnel architecture.
Sales strategy and execution:
Design and lead a high-performance sales organization for SMBs, mid-sized businesses and large enterprises. Drive forecast accuracy, process quality, and predictable revenue delivery.
Customer Success, Expansion and Monetization:
Drive customer success strategies that maximize lifetime value, reduce churn, and systematically expand revenue within existing accounts.
Prices, packaging and commercial strategy:
Own pricing strategy, packaging, monetization logic and discount governance.
International Expansion:
Lead international revenue growth with a strong focus on the US and UK, while strengthening DACH and Southern Europe.
AI-powered revenue enablement:
Leverage automation and artificial intelligence to transform lead generation, sales enablement, customer onboarding, and expansion.
You will thrive in this role if
Proven senior GTM leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with revenue responsibility between €20 million and €100 million.
Demonstrated success in scaling founder-led sales to process-driven, predictable revenue organizations.
Strong business experience in sales, customer success and revenue operations.
In-depth knowledge of modern pipeline economics, forecasting, RevOps and unit economics.
Experience in enterprise sales and complex B2B purchasing environments.
Strong understanding of Product Driven Growth (PLG) with a focus on monetization.
Track record of scaling internationally, ideally also in the US.
Strategic thinker with practical execution strength.
High resilience, transformation mindset, and comfort in fast-growth environments.
