This is not a call center role. Candidates with only call center experience will not be considered.

At Agroup Consulting, we are an international advisory firm specializing in immigration, tax, and cross-border structuring for expatriates, entrepreneurs, and globally mobile clients. We operate across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, working with a high-level international clientele that requires precision, professionalism, and clear communication.

What this role involves
Communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and meetings in a professional, advisory tone
Conducting follow-ups and assisting in converting prospects into clients
Supporting case coordination and oversight, ensuring processes move forward efficiently
Assisting in the preparation and review of legal and administrative documents
Coordinating directly with legal and tax teams
Providing structured updates to management and supporting daily operations

Who we are looking for
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in professional services environments, such as:

Law firms
Accounting or tax firms
Financial institutions or banking
Consulting firms

Requirements
Native-level English required – must have a neutral accent and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients
Experience working with international or high-level clients
Strong communication skills with a professional and structured approach
Experience in client-facing roles within legal, financial, or consulting environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases
Sales ability and confidence in handling client conversations
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Position Details
Full-time position
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Remote or hybrid depending on operations
