This role is centered around client communication, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring. This is an entry-friendly position we do not require prior experience in marketing or ads. We will provide full training. What matters most is communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Client Onboarding & Setup:\n Lead onboarding calls with new clients\n Gather all required assets (logins, branding materials, etc.)\n Ensure clients are properly set up in internal systems\n Maintain organized records of client information\n\n2. Campaign Monitoring & Coordination:\n Monitor active marketing campaigns (Meta ads, landing pages, etc.)\nTrack key performance metrics such as:\n Cost per click (CPC)\n Click-through rate (CTR)\n Cost per landing page view\n Lead volume\n Conversion rates\n Flag issues or performance drops to the internal team\n\n3. Client Communication & Relationship Building:\n Serve as the primary point of contact for clients\n Conduct regular check-ins via phone or video calls\n Build strong, trust-based relationships\n Communicate updates, results, and next steps clearly\n\n4. Lead Quality & Performance Feedback:\n Review incoming leads with clients\n Identify trends in lead quality\n Relay insights back to the team to improve campaigns\n Help align expectations between client and performance\n\n5. Reporting & Problem-Solving:\n Provide internal updates on campaign performance\n Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions\n Maintain a fix it mentality always looking for ways to improve results\n Collaborate with team members to implement changes",
