Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support & Marketing Coordinator to support our team in managing client documentation, maintaining CRM accuracy, and creating engaging visual content for our social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financing & Client Support
- Collect required documentation from clients and ensure all forms are completed accurately
- Assist in preparing files for financing review and submission
- Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients via email, phone, and video calls
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely document collection and client engagement
- Update the CRM daily to reflect client status, interactions, and progress for KPI tracking
2. Marketing & Content Creation
- Create visual content for social media (graphics, short videos, posts)
- Manage the posting schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
- Support the development of brand-aligned content that attracts and educates potential clients
3. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with the financing and operations team to ensure alignment
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- English level B2–C1 (comfortable speaking and writing)
- Own computer and reliable internet connection
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant or similar role
- Full-time availability
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, Canva, social media platforms)
Compensation
- Monthly salary range: 1,500,000 – 1,800,000 COP
