Purpose of the role
Drive the growth of the SME client portfolio through the consultative sale of a CRM solution, managing the complete commercial process with a focus on efficiency, impact and alignment with the organization's values.
## Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out CRM demonstrations adapted to the client.
- Execute the sales cycle, from customer service profile to closing.
- Master the internal contents of the commercial method.
- Record each commercial activity in the CRM accurately.
- Follow up on active opportunities and leads in nurturing.
- Participate in internal, commercial meetings and training spaces.
- Meet and exceed defined commercial objectives.
- Measure and adjust your own performance based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize demand generation.
- Understand and respect the criteria applied to the buyer persona within the commercial strategy to avoid entering CS clients that do not serve or fit with our value proposition.
- Qualify leads according to commercial and product criteria.

- Mastery of CRM Clienty tools
- Ability to manage multiple business opportunities at the same time.
- Persuasive and professional writing for communication with clients.
- Knowledge of the sales funnel and its key metrics.
- Fluent use of digital tools: video calls, online agenda, automated follow-up and AI apps for sales.

## Qualifications
- Education: Training in Marketing, Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Experience: At least 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or digital solutions.
- Experience managing and selling to SMEs.
