We are Roof4Life, a family-owned home Renovatio and exteriors company in Washington State, USA, in business for over 12 years. We're looking for a bilingual closer, not a receptionist.

Your job: re-engage and close leads who already requested information but haven't made a decision. These aren't cold lists. They're people who showed interest and need someone who knows how to get them to \"yes.\"

What you'll do:
- Call, text and email leads in English
- Handle objections and revive conversations that went cold
- Book inspection appointments and follow through to signed contracts
- Keep our CRM updated with every contact and outcome

Schedule: part-time, 4 hours per day in the morning (US Pacific Time), Monday to Friday. 100% remote.

Requirements:
- Advanced, natural English on the phone
- Proven experience closing sales by phone. Give us your numbers, not just your job duties.
- Able to hear \"no\" and keep going
- Stable internet and a quiet workspace

Pay: fixed monthly base in US dollars plus commission on every closed sale. The base gives you stability; the commission is where the real money is.

Real earning potential: Our average roofing contract is around $15,000 USD, and you earn commission on every one you close. A few closes a week can add up to more than most full-time jobs in Colombia pay per month. There's no cap. If you can close, this can change your life.
