About the Company:

We are looking for a Recruiter and Sales Closer, with a strong commercial focus, capable of identifying and closing opportunities with potential talent through Instagram and other social networks.

Responsibilities:

Actively recruit models on social media, especially Instagram.
Contact, filter and select new talents aligned with the agency's profile.
Apply persuasion and negotiation strategies to close agreements with content creators.
Explain the advantages of joining the agency and resolve questions from prospects.
Maintain an organized follow-up of invitations, conversations and sales closings.
Report recruitment and model conversion results to management.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 2 years in sales and commercial closings (exclusive).
Proven ability to close sales aggressively and efficiently.
Experience in recruiting through social networks (preferably on Instagram).
Outgoing and persuasive person, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to adapt to changes and handle objections.
Full-time availability and 100% remote work.
Basic English understanding.
