Cloud Platform Engineer Lead \nResponsibilities: Client-Driven Delivery Partner with PreSales and client-facing teams to capture real-world friction points and unmet requirements.\nAnalyze root causes and define pragmatic solutions (feature improvements, integrations, automations).\nDeliver working solutions in short cycles (14 weeks) and ensure they are merged into product codebases. Solution Design & Implementation\nDesign and implement solutions across infrastructure, scripting, and application layers.\nProvide technical guidance aligned with platform standards and best practices.\nNavigate hybrid and cloud-based environments within EY Fabric. Product & Offering Influence\nActively review new and existing offerings across Growth & Adoption.\nProvide structured feedback on solution design, usability, and readiness.\nEnsure alignment across teams before releases. Continuous Improvement\nIdentify improvement opportunities in high-usage offerings.\nContribute fixes, enhancements, or automation to improve adoption and user experience.\nFeed field learnings back into engineering, documentation, and runbooks. Collaboration & Leadership\nWork across team boundaries (Product, Engineering, Operations, PreSales).\nTranslate technical scenarios into clear language for business stakeholders.\nMentor team members and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices.
