We are currently looking for a LiveLabs Support Engineer – Platform & Operations (IC2) to join a remote technical support and operations project.

-Location: Remote

-Contract Type: To be defined

-Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)

Position Objective

Provide technical and operational support for a cloud-based hands-on learning platform, ensuring stability, reliability, and a smooth user experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting automation and provisioning issues, maintaining clean cloud environments, and supporting users and internal teams during daily operations and high-impact activities.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor and manage support channels such as ticketing systems, shared inboxes, and chat.

-Respond to user issues related to environment access, failed executions, and unexpected platform behavior.

-Investigate failed jobs, provisioning processes, and automation errors.

-Analyze logs, configurations, and resource states to identify root causes and corrective actions.

-Reproduce incidents in test environments and document findings clearly.

-Clean up unused or leftover cloud resources, including compute, networking, storage, and databases, following defined procedures.

-Support tagging, naming, and environment standards to improve organization and cost control.

-Identify recurring issues or operational patterns and escalate insights proactively.

-Assist with operational readiness for releases, events, and periods of high platform usage.

-Maintain and improve internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and runbooks.

-Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

-1–3 years of experience in technical support, operations, DevOps, or cloud-related roles.

-Experience with at least one major cloud platform.

-Basic understanding of cloud resources such as compute, networking, storage, and databases.

-Familiarity with troubleshooting practices, log analysis, and error investigation.

-Experience following and improving standard operating procedures or runbooks.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

-Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar platforms.

-Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or equivalent).

-Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

-Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

-Background in technical support, helpdesk, or incident response environments.
