Position Objective:
Psychopedagogy for adherence, guiding coaching and patient support to achieve the program's objectives.

-\ Celebrate the patient's achievements: Recognize and celebrate the successes, big or small, that the patient has associated with their illness
-\ Provides support: accompanies during difficult moments and helps keep you focused on the patient
-\ Provide care to patients who belong to the program and who require emotional counseling to remain in treatment and control emotions that allow them to achieve their attachment goals in treatment.
-\ Continuously monitor patient progress and compliance with their adherence.
-\ Accompaniment to the patient's family or caregiver if required, to provide support according to what was detected in order to help understand the pathology and improve adherence
-\ Continuous communication with the supervisor to report on patient status and other important information.
-\ After having seen a patient for the first time or in Re-consultation, you must give feedback to the treating doctor through the registration of the interaction on the platform (CRM). All follow-ups must be recorded on the same day that the patient was treated.
-\ Scheduling re-consultation appointments with patients according to flow, in accordance with the clinical protocol and the instructions of the treating physician.
-\ Attend scheduled meetings regarding the management and progress of patients in the program.
-\ Prepare and adequately present monthly work report in the CRM
Essential Requirements:
-\ Minimum Academic Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
-\ At least 3 years of experience in patient care.
