*About the Role*
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships to drive new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base through strategic outreach and consistent follow-up. This is a fully remote position.

Salary: $600 USD per month
Bonus: +$250 USD per closed sale

*Key Responsibilities*
• Conduct lead generation to identify potential clients
• Execute cold outreach via email, phone, and other channels
• Engage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups
• Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities
• Communicate effectively with potential customers, including phone conversations when needed
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status

*Requirements*
• C1 level English (required)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with international clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
