Position: Commercial IT Business Development\nAre you a born networker, with skills to open doors and generate opportunities? At SYLTEC Engineering and New Technologies, we are looking for a proactive, autonomous professional with high social skills, who knows how to navigate the market and take advantage of his network of contacts to promote the growth of our company in Latin America.\nWhat will you do?\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM.\nUse your contact portfolio to generate leads and strategic alliances.\nPresent value proposals and establish relationships with decision makers.\nAnalyze client needs and propose customized solutions.\nDrive growth in sales and billing.\nWhat we are looking for in you:\nProven experience in prospecting and selling in LATAM (minimum 3 years).\nSolid networking and consultative skills.\nAbility to negotiate, persuade and close agreements.\nResults orientation, resilience and creativity.\nIt is not mandatory to come from the IT sector, but you must have experience in B2B business and contacts strategic.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, IT or similar (or equivalent experience).\nNative Spanish.\nFamiliarity with digital environments and sales tools.\nMode: Remote.\nWhat do we offer?\nProject with long-term projection.\nPossibility of commissions according to clients contributed.\nDynamic team and culture focused on results.\nMode: 100% Remote | LATAM schedule (M-F, 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.)",
