Position Title: Communications/Training Intern (university apprentice/SENA) – Training Department (Remote-Colombia)

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US CST Monday to Friday
Flexible scheduling based on business needs
Reports to: Training Manager
Financial support: 1750000 + ARL + Health Insurance + Social benefits + 140000 (Connectivity economic support)

What we expect from you:

- Be a university student, in your last year, preferably in social communications, marketing, digital entertainment design, graphic design or anything related.
- Ability to speak fluently and write clearly in English
- Capacity to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent interactions, multi-tasking and tight deadlines
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
- Intermediate proficiency in MS office, Articulate 360, Canva, Biteable and Play HT.
- Ability to establish rapport, ask questions, listen, and redirect conversations
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
- Good time management skills

Non-Exhaustive List of Tasks:

- Design and develop comprehensive training plans, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and computer tutorials.
- Support the training team with courses content creation.
- Provide support to the entire area with different activities
- Demonstrate behaviors reflecting our policies
