Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager for video games responsible for managing and energizing player communities on social networks. The selected person will be the point of contact between the community and the development team, ensuring fluid, close and efficient communication.
Responsibilities:
Review and interact with community conversations on different social networks.
Respond to comments and queries from players quickly and effectively.
Create attractive content for social networks.
Collect and transmit relevant feedback from the community to the development team.
Moderate conversations following community guidelines.
Help maintain a safe, positive and welcoming environment for players.
Propose ideas to improve community growth and management.
Prepare and update documentation and reports when necessary.
Requirements:
Between 1 and 2 years of experience in community management.
Native or near-native level of Chinese.
High level of English.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for video games and social networks.
Knowledge of different social platforms.
