F&C Global Company, dedicated to training for the Pharmaceutical Industry in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador for 15 years.

We are looking for a collaborator for the position of: Community Manager

Do you have experience in the field and are you passionate about the pharmaceutical world? This opportunity is for you!

Functions (with your area coordinator):
•\ Posting on networks and stories.
•\ Execute paid campaigns and organic strategies on networks.
•\ Write copy and scripts adapted to audiences.
•\ Design and execute multichannel content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
•\ Record and write scripts for reels or specific content according to needs.
•\ Generate reports of results and recommendations.
•\ Research trends in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector to adapt the content.
•\ Develop the network grid.
•\ Management and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads).
•\ Advanced targeting, pixel settings and conversion targets.
•\ Measurement of KPIs and generation of reports (CTR, CPL, ROAS).
•\ Basic use of tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, AI or similar (desirable).

Required skills:
•\ Minimum 1 year managing social networks and digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads) (Essential)
•\ Proven experience in campaigns for events, fairs, conferences or industrial or educational brands.
•\ Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Brevo (email marketing) or similar.
•\ Creativity, autonomy and analytical thinking.
•\ Good writing and spelling.
•\ Visual judgment, attention to detail and adaptability.
•\ High level of organization and autonomy.
•\ Bachelor or Graduate in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration or similar.
•\ Courses in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, B2B social media or performance marketing.
•\ Copywriting and creative writing.

Management schedule:
•\ Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. with 1 hour of refreshment / Saturdays from 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / 1 Saturday free

Be available to attend in person a few days a month (recording reels or hourly events).
