Interaction and Strategic Conversation Specialist
(Comments & DMs – Social Performance)

• Manage direct messages (DMs)
• Talk strategically with the community

Your mission is to turn conversations into real intention within a fitness brand with more than 30 million followers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Interaction Specialist, your role is to guide conversations toward clarity and interest.
Your job will be:
• Reply to comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Manage DMs with a strategic focus
• Handle objections with emotional intelligence
• Guide users towards the correct information
• Maintain the close and empathetic tone of Burn20
• Escalate specific cases when necessary
• Detect patterns in questions and objections
• Support and moderate Lives (especially TikTok Lives) in real time

• Empathetic and strategic conversations
• Firm and elegant handling of objections
• Active moderation in Lives
• Detection of opportunities within comments
• Support in campaigns and launches from interaction
