Location: Santiago (Remote).
Features:
1.\ Purchase Management
2.\ Respond quickly and promptly to emails corresponding to the purchasing process, both to Metaproject users, as well as to the client and suppliers.
3.\ Keep records of all management carried out, leaving support and information necessary to provide traceability to the management process.
4.\ Raise to your direct management any problems or opportunities for improvement related to the service.
5.\ Know the complete process of the Supply Support Service, members and their respective functions. In order to optimize and streamline the management of the service provided.
6.\ Receive request and analyze action plan.
7.\ Generate Purchasing Plan, if applicable according to the principal's Purchasing Manual.
8.\ Publish Process on Purchasing Platform.
9.\ Make quotes on the quote portal (Shopping Cart, SRM or other platform that Codelco indicates)
10.\ Privileging competitive bidding processes, inviting suggested companies and by categories in the purchasing portal.
11.\ Generate Purchase Orders in SAP.
Requirements:
Professional Training: Mining Engineering, Administration or Commercial Engineering.
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of specific industry-independent purchasing experience.
Other requirements:
•\ Intermediate knowledge of Excel, SAP.
•\ Knowledge in ARIBA (desirable).
•\ Availability to work 5x2 (Monday to Friday) remotely.
•\ Availability to make replacement.
