At Business Consultants we are looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join an important company in the health sector as:\nAnalyst in Communication to Providers\n What will be your main responsibilities?\n- Provide training to new providers to guarantee their correct integration into the system.\n- Maintain telephone communication with professionals, answering questions and providing support.\n- Survey and record personal and contractual data of the providers.\n- Conduct satisfaction surveys to learn about the experience of the providers.\n- Follow up on information and related procedures.\n- Be the link between providers and other areas of the company, facilitating collaboration and the flow of information.\n Exclusive requirements:\n- Previous experience in managing technology and computer systems.\n- Knowledge and experience in the health sector (essential!).\n- Proactivity, teamwork and orientation to results.\n Desirable requirements:\n- Management and experience in CRM systems.\n- Experience in similar training or support positions for clients/providers.\n Area and work modality:\n- 100% remote mode \n- Hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nIf you feel that this challenge is for you, apply and let's chat! \nWe are ready to meet you and accompany you in your next professional step.",
