Luxury vacation rental company is seeking a high-performing Travel Concierge to join our Guest Experience team. This is a dynamic, direct customer service role, supporting guests before, during and after their stays.\nPosition Requirements:\nProficiency in English, both written and verbal. Level C1.\nProven experience in customer service, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments\nDemonstrated ability to:\nHandle multiple guests at the same time (1,015 simultaneously)\nMaintain fast response times (less than 3 minutes)\nKnowledge of tools such as Slack, Breezeway, Monday.com or ClickUp.\nLearn and retain extensive policies and procedures\nAvailability to work weekends and holidays (hospitality requirement)\nTechnology savvy and confidence to use multiple tools and browser tabs simultaneously\nStrong organizational skills and great attention to detail\nTechnical Requirements:\nReliable laptop capable of handling multiple applications and browser tabs at the same time\nFast and stable primary internet connection\nBackup internet option (e.g. mobile hotspot or secondary provider) to ensure continuous availability\nPower backup (UPS, generator or other) to maintain connectivity during power outages\nSmartphone capable of running an international calling application\nSchedule: 5 days a week from 11:00 am - 7:00pm Colombian Time (Availability to work weekends and holidays (requirement of the hotel sector)\nSalary: $USD 1,666 per month at the TRM of the day.\nDirect contract with the company.",
