Job Description

------1 to 2 years of experience managing Confluence (Cloud or Data Center).
------Basic knowledge of Jira and its integration with Confluence.
------Management of spaces, permissions, groups and plants.
------Document management and information governance.
------Attention to users and resolution of incidents.
------Basic knowledge of agile methodologies
------Basic administration of Confluence (Cloud and Data Center).
------Creation and administration of spaces, pages, spreadsheets and access permissions.
------Documentary management and organization of knowledge bases.
------Configuration and administration of users, groups and roles.
------Knowledge of integration between Confluence and Jira.
------Attention and support to end users when using the platform.
------Basic knowledge of incident management and service requests.
------Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
------Basic knowledge of ITIL, especially in

------Management of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office 365.
