The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\n\nKey Job Duties:\n Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction plans\n Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from plans, including:\n Roofing systems (area calculations, pitch, penetrations, flashing,\naccessories)\n Interior wall measurements\n Exterior wall measurements\n Flooring quantities\n Extract and calculate measurements using proper scale and digital takeoff tools\n Identify discrepancies, missing details, or potential plan conflicts\n Prepare detailed material takeoff lists based on company specifications\n Create complete material order sheets for suppliers\n Develop customer-ready proposals and bid documents based on takeoff data\n Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company cost structures\n Maintain organized digital project files and documentation\n Coordinate with sales and operations teams to clarify scope and revisions\n Revise estimates and proposals as needed\n Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy\nstandards\n\n Must have 2+years of experience in Strong ability to read and understand building plans specialization\n Must have 2+years of experience in High attention to detail and accuracy Specialization\n Must have 2+years of experience in Experience with construction estimating or takeoff software specialization\n Must have 2+years of experience in Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and spreadsheets specialization",
