Are you passionate about payroll, information analysis and technology? We are looking for a professional with analytical thinking, service orientation and solid experience in payroll processes to become the strategic link between our clients and our technological solutions.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct operation of the payroll processes, social benefits, withholding at source and budget and accounting management, providing specialized support to users and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes through the use of technological tools.

What are we looking for?

Professionals in Public Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related careers in the social and human sciences.

Experience between 3 and 5 years in payroll processes, social benefits, social security, disability management, withholding at source and budget and accounting reconciliations.

Knowledge in:

Payroll and social benefits.
Withholding at source.
Social security and disabilities.
Budgetary and accounting processes associated with payroll.
Microsoft Excel intermediate level.
Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Human talent management platforms.
SQL language.
It will be an added value if you have:
Experience in help desks or functional support.
Knowledge of incident analysis and diagnosis.
Experience in identifying root causes and continuous process improvement.
Main responsibilities
Provide specialized functional support to users in payroll processes.
Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents related to the operation of the system.
Identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Document procedures, incidents and solutions for the knowledge base.
Train and advise end users in the proper use of the platform.
Propose improvements in client processes by taking advantage of technological tools.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of budget, accounting and benefit information.
