You will be responsible for monitoring the processes of cultural transformation derived from the expansion of the company, ensuring the integration of organizational values at all levels of the organization. Main Functions Diagnose the state of organizational culture through surveys, interviews, focus groups and analysis of indicators.Design and implement cultural strengthening plans aligned with corporate strategy.Lead exchange management initiatives associated with processes of growth, digital transformation and expansion of the company.Develop programs that promote commitment, wellbeing and a sense of belonging among employees.Support it definition, communication and dissemination of organizational values. Advise leaders and teams on matters of culture, leadership and employee experience. Measure and report indicators of climate, culture and engagement, proposing continuous improvement actions. Coordinate activities and projects aimed at strengthening corporate identity in different countries or regions where operate the company.Collaborate with the areas of Human Resources, Internal Communications and Leadership to ensure the cultural coherence of organizational initiatives.Academic TrainingProfessional title of at least 8 semesters in Psychology, Commercial Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, Human Resources or career afín.Deseable graduate or specialization in Organizational Development, Organizational Culture, Change Management, Leadership or related areas.ExperienceMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in consultancy or organizational culture management.Probable experience in technological companies, IT, software or IT services. Experience in organizational growth processes, cultural transformation and change management. Technical knowledge Organizational culture and organizational development. Change management. Work climate and engagement. Design and implementation of employee experience programs.
