We are looking for a DevOps Consultant to join our team, providing experience and technical leadership in projects that involve integrations, deployments and operations in cloud and on-premise environments. Functions
Develop and maintain scripts and automation components oriented to pipelines, deployments, validations and internal tooling.
Define branching models and versioning strategies aligned with development, QA and production flows.
Monitor Cloud/On-Premise platforms, managing scalability, high availability, resilience and cost control.
Scale applications and platforms (horizontal and vertical) while maintaining DevOps and operational practices.
Work transversally with development, architecture, security and operation, acting as a technical referent.
Participate in the definition and adoption of good DevOps, CI/CD and automation practices.

Requirements and profile
Ideal if reports with titles in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline. Minimum experience of 5 years since obtaining the title and at least 3 years working in DevOps or equivalent roles is valued. Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) is requested. Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) in production environments is preferable, as well as experience in distributed and/or microservices architectures. Knowledge in monitoring, observability, logging, metrics and operational analysis will be valued, as well as experience in incident resolution and continued improvement.
Furthermore, the ability to work collaboratively, with good communication skills, proactivity and focus on results is expected. Certifications or courses in DevOps, and experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments will be valued.

Desireables
Demonstrable experience in automation tools, IaC (for example Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Knowledge of operational security and DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to lead technical improvements in multidisciplinary teams.
