Job Description

We are looking for Implementation consultants to support the initiation and development of software projects in the health sector. These people will participate in initial audits with clients and in the different implementation stages, supporting parameterization, system configuration, data migration, user training and process monitoring. Its objective will be to ensure the correct adoption of the solution and the proper functioning of the system, with the support of the work team.

Profile requirements:

Training:
-Technician or technologist in administrative management, accounting, health administration, nursing or related careers.

Desirable training:
-Courses, diplomas or certifications in hospital software or health management systems.

Experience:
- For technicians: minimum 2 years of experience in the health sector (administrative, financial or healthcare areas).
- For technologists: minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector.
-Experience in implementing health information systems (desirable).
-Knowledge of administrative, accounting or healthcare processes in IPS, clinics or hospitals.

Desirable experience:
-Participation in software implementation projects.
-Training for end users.
-Management of parameterization and configuration of systems.
-Knowledge in accounting (CXP, treasury, inventories) or hospital processes.
-Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
